Will my 6 year old ever stop wetting his pants at night?

I was just wondering if my son will ever stop wetting his pants at night. He is now 6 years old, i don't give him drink 2 hours before bedtime, and he normally goes to the toilet before going to sleep at 7.30-8 pm. Also my husband usually get him up at around 11pm to go the toilet every night. But unfortunately, in the morning he still wet his pants. I also think that he is so lazy to get up when he feels he needs to go to the toilet, so i was wondering is this normal? Please help!!! I do encourage him to get up when he feels that he needs to go but unfortunately he still wet his pants once in a while.
