Waterproof sheets
I am a parent of 3 children. My eldest 10, a boy still wets the bed sometimes 3 times a week, my youngest seems to have the same problem and she is nearly 5 and she wets nearly every night and my middle boy, never does.
We use the waterproof sheets under their sheets, cut down the drinks after 5.30pm, frequent toilet visits, and even getting them up at 11pm to go to the toilet - and we still have the same problem! We have tried to with the eldest if he wets the bed, he has to strip the bed, but we have not tried an alarm yet.
I would really like to get this under control, as it's not good for their self esteem, as they do not like wearing bedwetting pants especially my 10yo. So sleepovers at mates are out of the question until we can get this sorted.
