Sensitive to the core
Senstive little boy had a successful kindy transition from home to sleeping arrangements at the kindy during swim lessons he made it his mission not to "pee in the pool' always jumping up to say "mummy the wees wees are comin'.
How important I felt when my brave son attempted something so grown up and won his own small battles.
Then Grade 1 started , I anticipated a mature year however 3 months into his first year at big school the bedwetting started and stayed for nearly 6 months. I can't pinpoint the trigger but the least I can manage to say is the teacher of his was Excellent. There was and is, no blame there.
So for all the little tigers managing to survive in the big world away from mummy. I say Mummy is still here for you darling. And if a little regression takes place in the big picture of things, it's not the end of the world.
