Hi Simone – A good sign that your daughter has achieved nighttime continence is when she experiences about 14 consecutive mornings where she wakes up dry. It is important to note that some children still continue to experience the occasional wet bed, this typically occurs during illness or if they have consumed larger amounts of fluid than usual or they become overtired. The decision to move her out of nappies is really up to you – if you feel that you can cope with the occasional wet bed then by all means break out the undies!
