Hi Bridget – it sounds like you have a lot to deal with at the moment. In terms of stopping the leakage, I would recommend that you try using DryNites instead of Pull-Ups, these are specifically designed for nighttime use and are much more absorbent. Another option is to change his pants throughout the night; hopefully you can do this without having to wake your son. Ensure that he fully empties his bladder right before bedtime and make sure he drinks mainly water in the evenings as milk or citrus can stimulate the kidneys to produce even more urine than normal.
