MY son needs to wear nappies because of his disability, but i don't know whether drynites would work as he is incontinent in both. Do drynites hold both poo and urine?

Dr Cathrine Answered:

DryNites function in much the same way as a nappy, and can hold both urine and faeces. Due to their high level of absorbency, parents of children with a disability find them suitable for both day and night use. Some parents prefer them to nappies as they can be put on while in a standing position, which is of course dependent on your son’s physical capabilities.
