y do the drynites pyjama pants look like diapers ? and is it better to use adult diapers

ive been wetting the bed for 2 days now ihave no reason why but ive decided to duck down to the shops and get something would wearing adult diapers be better than drynites because whenever i get or wear the dry nite i get an erectin is that normal ? plz help me im new to this
