I am 17 years old and wet the bed about once a week. The past few years I've been wearing my little 6 year old sisters goodnites every night with her. I don't know how to tell my mom that I wear them at night. I'm scared that if I tell her she will be understanding but also baby me at the same time!!! She know I wet the bed I think but has never told me she does.
Hi Austin, while I fully understand your embarrassment, this is not something you should try and manage on your own. I find most parents are incredibly supportive and would hate to think of you trying to manage your bedwetting on your own. The most important thing for you to remember is that this is in no way your fault.
