Embarrassed 13yo

I am thirteen and wet the bed. I don't wet every night, but only when I have milk. I'm not sure, but could I be allergic to milk? I find it embarrassing to wet, even if no one but my family knows, yet I still find it so embarrassing when I wet and when my mum brings it up in conversations with family friends.
