Should my child wear underwear with DryNites® Pants?
Most kids wear DryNites® Pyjama Pants as a replacement for underwear at night. But underwear certainly can be worn underneath DryNites® Pants (it might help them to feel when they’re wet). If you have a child that wears boxers, they may want to wear them over their DryNites® Pyjama Pants.
What are DryNites® Pants made of?
DryNites Pyjama Pants have a cloth-like outer cover printed with unique boy or girl designs that look and feel like underwear. Inside, there’s a thin, absorbent pad that draws wetness in, away from skin. The stretchable sides offer a comfortable, snug fit. Leak guards provide discreet all-night protection. They are latex-free and contain no lotions.
What sizes do DryNites® Pyjama Pants come in?
DryNites® Pyjama Pants are available in two sizes:
- 4-7 years, 17-30kg (for Boys and Girls)
- 8-15 years, 27-57+kg (for Boys and Girls)

Will DryNites® Pants work with alarms?
DryNites® Pants will work with alarms that have a sensor which is worn inside the child’s underwear. DryNites® Pants will not be appropriate for alarms where the sensor is on a bed pad.
Will DryNites® Pants work in conjunction with enuresis medications?
DryNites® Pants offer reassurance while your doctor is adjusting the dosage to fit your child’s needs. Also, when the doctor begins to take your child off medication, DryNites® Pants are a good backup until success is reached.
