When will she grow out of it?
Sorry if I sound INFURIATED, but I am. This is so great to be able to unload my INFURIATION in a setting where others get what I’m saying. When will my little girl grow up and stop wetting at night?????
She is now 11 years old and is really growing up in every other way, but she wets the bed at least 5 nights out of 7. For the most part I don’t mind but it is starting to upset her and that is what infuriates me. Why can’t her brain get ito gear and do it’s job and wake her up in the night if she needs to pee. She goes off to high school next year and within 3 weeks of starting she goes away for a 5 niht camp to bond with the other girls, and she’s already getting stressed about it.
I just wish there was something that I can do to help her stop. As a mum I feel completely helpless and useless to protect her.
We fluctuate between using drynites and going cold turkey, but waking up in wet sheets and a nightie is no fun so we go back to the drynites until she decides that she wants to try again.
I’d love to read that one of you mums has the answer we’re all looking for.
