If you’re between five and 10, there’s a pretty good chance that you’ve woken up in a wet bed before.

Bedwetting just means that your brain didn’t get the message that your bladder was full – because you were asleep. There are few reasons why this might happen. Over time you can train your brain to wake up so you can get to the toilet in time.

Bedwetting is just what it sounds like – wetting the bed because you’ve done a wee while you’re asleep. Not quite making it to the toilet in time is really common and it’s a phase that doesn’t usually last too long.
