My son is six but has the body of a three year old due to PTH, so his bladder only holds 70mls, which is small even for a three yr old.

Dear R.C., apologies for the delay in responding over the Christmas period. Please click on the following link to find out more about the DryNites product range http://www.drynites.com.au/bedwetting-products - I would recommend you request a sample so that you are able to assess how suitable DryNites are for your son. DryNites now come in a smaller size (designed for 2 to 4-year-olds) - I would request both the smaller size and the size designed for 4 to 7 years olds. They offer similar levels of absorbency but will provide a different fit around the leg. Absorbent pants that are too small or large can contribute to leakage. It may also be worth discussing with your specialist whether or not your son is eligible to receive the Continence Aids Payment Scheme to assist with any ongoing related costs. All the best!
